The space in the reception area contained 4 screens. The first screen was designated as a video poster, highlighting data that prospective clients would seen while waiting to meet their sales team. The other three were reserved for an abstract marketing video.

The screens were hung on walls of varying sized columns , with windows between. Therefore the screens needed to be designed in a way that allowed for the dimensions in order to look accurate. The theme was determined by company brand guidelines and vision. The guidelines for internal comms required the line drawing style, which enabled a flow through the digital canvas.
